And may even lead you into becoming "death" state.Even violence can occur which causes you to hit your own friend for no valid reason.
So please, relax and sometimes, play! De-stress yourself, rather than letting stress controlling over you. It is best to play some sports, play some computer games and even chit-chatting with your boyfriend/girlfriend just like the couple below.
Don't overwork your own body by studying everyday.

How are your papers today? I hope it is easy that you guys can score well. Anyway, it is my turn to wish everybody to pass your exams with flying colour and not to disappoint Mrs Chua especially English Papers.Tomorrow is Chemistry and POA. To some people, chemistry may be hard. But let's take one case for an instance. Remember Wenkai topped the class with good marks? This concludes that you work hard you get rewarded handsomely. So remember, study hard for Chemistry but I advise not to study overnight because the next day you may not have the energy to sit for the exams. Show Mrs Leong that we are the best even though we behave like monkeys in class!For POA, remember what Mr Vale said? He is comparing us with the 4N(A) students. LET'S ALL DO OUR BEST!!Mid-Year Exam is here and everybody is like relaxing man!That weird, normally by this time, people will start panicking and lost but now, everyone seem so calm but no Ruihua, he keep worrying about exam, come on dude! relax!!!As long as you try your best, do what the teacher tell you to do, no matter what the result, you should be contented but don't take all 'F's la, must give teacher and AISS some face mah. hehe..Okayy, tmr first paper is English Paper 2,Mother Tongue Language Paper 1(bring dictionary arh!) and Listening Comprehension and I don't know how come still got Listening Comprehension but for sure, it is a easy way to score so everyone digg your ear today, get those wax out for now!!With this Swine Flu,influzena A or H1N1 virus spreading, Everybody should look after yourself, sick should go see doctor and take MC(everyone favourite!! hehe..) don't spread your virus everywhere,wait kena quaratine!!Bring thermometer arh,Crazy schools charging us $1 for forgetting to bring thermometer although the $1 goes to charity but if there is no Swine Flu, mean the school will not donate to charity isn't? hehe..Papers came out today about school charging students a fees for forgetting to bring thermometer and must really money be the one to push student to bring thermometer??okayy, going to study le!

Bad News Guys! Mr Loke called Firman to tell us that Monday, the volleyball mixed will have a rematch with 4T1 to decide the 1st placing. I know this is unbelievable but we will do it and challenge them to prove we are really 1st!

This is it guys, Volleyball Competition! Starring...
FROM THE TALLEST TO THE SHORTEST!TEENESH, FIRMAN, SYAMIL (Can someone tell me who is taller? Firman or Syamil?), SIDDIQ, SHADDIQ AND RUI HUA!They have played the boys team yesterday, revealing their skills and proness. And overall... Their position is: To be revealed later on.Somethings to say about the boys. Firstly Teenesh, he has played very well in front but some says he too solo. I was expecting Syamil to be playing front but he played back instead. Ruihua has showed his ultimate supreme power by spiking powerfully onto his opponents which is compulsory to see. Siddiq has played his best too but halfway got injured by Ruihua's "teamkilling" spike. Shaddiq was in good gear too, saved many ball, helping the team to fight back. And finally, the show-off and over-confident man, Firman! He is a supreme morale-booster and actually demoralises opponents team too.That is enough talk, let's get down to the pictures...

National Day Inter Class Soccer 2008
Today, we celebrated advanced National Day as tmr is National Day.
we had a interclass games today and it was 7-a-sides soccer.
Rules were simple,
7players in a team, at least 3girls and only girls can score.
Each half lasted 5min and if no winner at the end, penalty shootout is awarded and maximum of 3 shots before sudden death take places. and, Only girls are allowed to kick and keep. haha..
Our 4n1 team consisted of

Siti
Ilyanaour first match was against 4e1. the class with the most number of girls and we allowed their form teacher, Mr Lim who was also ours social studies teacher to play. we started the match well, maintain and den we were awarded a penatly thank to a handball. haha..
i forgot who took the penalty but we won after that because of that penatly.
Our second match, which was our quarter final was against either 4n2 or 4e2 and 4e2 managed to beat 4n2 by penatly shootout.
we den played 4e2 and was unable to score and penatly shootout was awarded and thanks to Shalini and Siti, we emerged as the winner!!Our semi final was against Miss Rosie 4e6 and this match was really a tough one.
but in the end we managed to beat them through penatly shootout after a goaless draw. And once again, Shalini the keeper keep it happened.

we played against 4e4.
I, Syamil, Liangkang and Siti were sub while the rest went to play..
we had a hard time scoring and miss a lot of chances and they didn't create much.. Den Syamil and me came in for Siddiq and Teenesh.
And my first first touch of the ball, i dribble, fake past the midfielder, and left with me, the opponent keeper and ours three girls, i waited for the keeper to come out and slot the ball to Shalini who tap it in and GOAL!! haha..
we were so happy and we hold on until the final whistle!!!
